Shipping and delivery times

The term set for national shipments is between 1 to 7 working days* counted from the moment you make the purchase. For international orders this period is 10 to 20 business days.

*Except for orders in which the product is made from scratch, when you place your order the manufacturing and delivery time can be extended up to 30 business days. In the case of delays in the delivery of DIVA CUTE orders, the user you can cancel your order.

* Those cases in which the order has been made available to the user by the transport company within the agreed period and could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the user, or other reasons in which the delivery could not be considered, will not be considered delays. that the shipment could not be made for reasons attributable to the client               

If after 7 calendar days after the delivery of the order the delivery has not been arranged between the transport company and the user, the package will be returned to the DIVA CUTE warehouses and the user must bear the shipping costs and the return to origin of the merchandise, as well as the possible associated management expenses. These expenses will be deducted from the purchase amount of the returned order, which will be refunded upon receipt of the package. 

The user must check the good condition of the product at the time of receipt. If reviewing the product, the user detects any incident such as a defect or tare, or it does not have the label, the client must communicate said error during the day of receipt, so that this error is documented and, in case of requesting its return, DIVA CUTE can examine said request. Otherwise DIVA CUTE reserves the right not to manage the return or exchange.

In the orders and sections of painting, paintings, jewelry and clothing (except for a change in size or tare) no change or refund of the amount including shipping costs is allowed.

Shipping costs will vary depending on the purchase amount and the shipping destination. In cases where shipments are not free, the shipping price will be recalculated at the end of the purchase.

All shipments to countries belonging to the EUROPEAN UNION must exceed a minimum purchase amount of 150 euros. Shipping costs will apply depending on the area with an approximate cost between 20-30 euros.

The rest of the countries that do NOT belong to the European Union , UNITED STATES, TURKEY, ISRAEL the cost will be from 40 euros.

JORDAN, PALESTINE, LEBANON, SAUDI ARABIA, KUWAIT, QATAR, SOUTH KOREA, EGYPT, JAPAN, MOROCCO, INDIA, TUNISIA, EQUATORIAL GUINEA will apply a minimum cost of 50 euros.

All prices are subject to the distances, dimensions and weight of the package and calculated ( 0.5kg ). 

DIVA CUTE will specify the exact amount in the total invoice that the customer must pay before shipping . lCustoms , expenses, tariffs and taxes of each country will be borne by the client

If the order is over €500, free shipping

 *Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered for fiscal purposes as an export, so that at the time of delivery of the package, the courier company can claim the payment of an amount as tariff costs, independent of the costs of shipment of the carrier, which must be paid by the customer. All international orders, to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, will follow the DAP shipping policy, for which the buyer assumes the expenses attributable to customs taxes and duties that the shipping company courier can claim. This could also mean an increase in the delivery time by the transport company. 

*In the returns of orders that involve shipping costs, only the price of the product will be refunded, never the shipping cost.

RETURN POLICY

DIVA CUTEr products may be returned within 5 calendar days after receipt for another item if they are within the DIVA CUTE policy.

In the case of an article of greater value, a new purchase must be made and after that the first one can be returned. For its change, the user must manage the delivery and collection of the new article as well as run with the corresponding transportation expenses. only exception. The change must be made within 7 working days after receiving the order.

The user must check the good condition of the product at the time of receipt. Otherwise, Victoria reserves the right not to manage the return or exchange.

DIVA CUTE reserves the right to cancel any order due to computer or human error.

Product availability 

 All orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or stock availability, DIVA CUTE will contact you in order to offer you the best possible solution. If there is no possible solution, the request for model change will be canceled and refunded. 

Order cancellation policy

In case you want to cancel an order, the client can request its cancellation by phone or by writing to  beelenart@dddivacute.com  The cancellation will only be possible if the client has not yet been notified with the shipment of their order. If the order has already been sent, it will be necessary to wait for its receipt to request its return as explained in the "Procedure for changes and returns" section. In the case of orders and orders in which the product is manufactured from scratch for the client, due to not having it in stock, the order cancellation option will not be available. Thus, the customer must wait to receive her order and then request a return. *This would not apply in case of delays in the manufacture of the product beyond the period stipulated in the marked conditions.

 

Return and Exchange Policy and Product Warranty

If a product other than the one requested by the client was delivered by mistake by DIVA CUTE, it will be withdrawn and the correct product will be delivered without any additional charge to the client. If the requested product is no longer available in stock, the customer will be offered other alternatives, including a refund.                                                                                                               

How to process a return in the case that proceeds

                         

Place the items you wish to exchange or return in a box (if possible, the same box in which you received the order) along with the purchase receipt you received with the order. This is the way in which we will identify your return or exchange in our warehouse.

*If after the response to the return or exchange request by the customer service team there is no response to be able to continue with the process in the following 7 calendar days, the request will be canceled DIVA CUTE can only be held responsible for scheduled collections by the customer service department, will not be responsible for incidents or losses arising with those returns sent privately by the customer. 

                                                                                        

Conditions for changes and returns

  • There are several conditions that the product must meet in order for it to be returned:
  • You cannot request a return or exchange outside of the period of 7 calendar days from the receipt of the product to request a refund.
  • It must not be used.
  • It must not have suffered any kind of damage.

It should not entail personalized arrangements for the client. The product received has a defect or tare, or does not have the labels, the client must communicate said error the day the order is received, so that it is documented and, in case of requesting its return, DIVA CUTE can honor said request. Otherwise, it reserves the right not to manage the return or exchange.

Rates of changes and returns

DIVA CUTE will cover the logistics costs of collecting model or size changes for peninsular shipments. These expenses will be covered once per client. Thus, if a change is requested and upon receiving the new model sent by DIVA CUTE, you decide to change it for another, or finally return it, the logistics costs of this last shipment would be borne by the client.                             

The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded from the process of changes and returns, as well as international orders. In these cases, the customer must request the return of his current order and manage the shipment of the order himself, from which he will obtain the refund, and in turn place a new independent order.

DIVA CUTE will collect the return requests for those orders from the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, at a cost of €3.50, an amount that will be deducted from the total refund of the order.

 will not be responsible for the expenses caused by those returns or changes that occur without respecting the steps established in this procedure.     

Reimbursement of the return amount

From the time GLS collects the item(s) and we check that everything is correct until we refund the corresponding amount, it can take between 1 to 10 business days (depending on your bank). Once the money has been returned, it may take between 1 and 5 business days for the payment to be reflected in the statement of your credit card or bank account. For payments made through Paypal, the procedure is the same.

The user agrees to pay at the time the order is placed.

Payment Information

The ticket or proof of purchase that corresponds to the purchase order will be available and can be viewed at  www.divacute.com  in the "my account" section in "my orders and returns" or by checking the inbox of the email with which made the purchase, where the order confirmation will have been received.

The user must pay the amount corresponding to his order by payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa electron and/or other similar cards) or through the Paypal system. The card with which the payment is made must have a Spanish bank or savings bank as the issuing financial institution.

The client declares to be the owner of the bank details provided in the purchase process or to have legal authorization from its legitimate owner.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

The sales made with DIVA CUTE are subject to the legislation of Spain.
